Glamoureyes Pro is based in Binfield, near Bracknell, in a private home-based studio.

I offer specialist lash and brow treatments in a calm, friendly space where you can relax, switch off for a little while, and know that your treatment is being carried out with care. 

Do you take new clients?

Yes, new clients are very welcome.

Depending on the treatment you would like, you may need a patch test before your appointment, so it is always best to book in advance where possible.

What makes Glamoureyes Pro different?

Glamoureyes Pro is not about one-size-fits-all lashes or brows.

Every treatment is designed around you: your features, your natural lashes or brows, your comfort level, your lifestyle and the kind of result you actually want.

I care about the detail, the safety, the styling and how you feel when you look in the mirror afterwards.

The aim is not to make you look overdone or unlike yourself.

It is to help you feel polished, confident and beautifully you.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When lash extensions are applied correctly, they should not damage your natural lashes.

The correct length, weight and style need to be chosen for your own natural lashes. Each extension should be carefully applied to one natural lash, with the right amount of adhesive and proper isolation.

Damage usually happens when lashes are too heavy, stuck together, poorly isolated, or applied without enough care.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions shed naturally with your own lashes, so they do not all stay on forever.

Most clients return for infills every 2 to 3 weeks to keep them looking fresh and full.

How well they last can depend on lots of things, including your natural lash cycle, aftercare, hormones, illness, stress, heat, humidity, skincare, makeup, and even how you sleep.

Why do my lash extensions fall out?

Your natural lashes shed every single day as part of their normal growth cycle. This is completely normal.

When you have lash extensions, you notice this more because the natural lash has an extension attached to it.

On average, we naturally lose around 2 to 5 lashes per eye, per day. Some days you may notice more, and some days hardly any at all.

Why have I lost more lashes on one eye?

This is really common.

One eye may shed more if you sleep more on that side, rub that eye more, have watery eyes, or simply because the lash growth pattern is slightly different on each side.

Your lashes do not always behave exactly the same on both eyes, and that is completely normal.

How often should I clean my lash extensions?

Ideally, you should clean your lashes every day with a lash-safe cleanser.

Clean lashes usually last better because oils, sweat, makeup, SPF and everyday debris can build up around the lash line.

Cleaning your lashes does not make them fall out. In fact, not cleaning them properly can cause more issues with retention and lash health.

Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?

Mascara is not usually recommended with lash extensions, especially with volume lashes.

It can clump the extensions together, make them harder to clean, and affect how well they last.

If you feel like you still need mascara, it may simply mean we need to adjust your lash style at your next appointment.

Can I wear eyeliner with lash extensions?

You can wear eyeliner, but I would avoid waterproof or oil-based products.

These can be difficult to remove and may affect your lash retention. A lash-safe, easy-to-remove eyeliner is always the better option.

Can I get my lash extensions wet?

Yes, you can get your lashes wet.

You do not need to be scared of water. In fact, keeping your lashes clean is really important.

I would still avoid excessive heat, steam, saunas or heavy sweating straight after your appointment, but water itself is not the enemy.

Should lash extensions hurt or sting?

No. Lash extensions should not hurt.

You should feel comfortable during your appointment, and many clients fall asleep.

There should not be pulling, pinching, stinging or discomfort. If anything does not feel right, please tell me.

Can I have lash extensions if I have sensitive eyes?

Possibly, but it depends on your sensitivity and whether you have reacted to lash adhesive or products before.

A patch test may be needed, and we can talk through the best and safest option for you.

If you have had a true allergic reaction to lash adhesive in the past, this does need to be taken seriously.

Do you infill lashes done by another lash technician?

Usually, I would need to assess them first.

This is because I need to check the condition of your natural lashes, the application, the adhesive use, and whether the existing lashes are safe to work with.

If they are not suitable, I may recommend a removal and a fresh set instead.

What is a lash lift?

A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting them from the root and setting them into a more open, curled position.

It is a lovely option if you want your own lashes to look more visible and lifted without having lash extensions.

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift usually lasts around 6 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how you look after them.

Is a lash lift suitable for short lashes?

It can be, yes.

A lash lift can make shorter lashes look more visible, but the final result will depend on your natural lash length, thickness and direction of growth.

If your lashes are very short, sparse or delicate, I will always be honest about what result is realistic.

Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?

Yes, once the initial aftercare period has passed, you can wear mascara if you want to.

Many clients find they need less mascara because their lashes already look more lifted and open.

Do I need a patch test for a lash lift?

Yes, a patch test is required before a lash lift, especially if you are new to the treatment or have not had one recently.

Patch testing is there for your safety.

What brow treatments do you offer?

I offer a range of brow treatments, including brow shaping, tinting, hybrid tinting, henna brows and brow lamination.

Ombre brows are also being introduced as a semi-permanent brow option.

What is brow lamination?

Brow lamination helps smooth, lift and set the brow hairs into a more structured shape.

It can be lovely for brows that grow downwards, sit unevenly, or need a bit more shape and fullness.

Will brow lamination make my brows look too big?

Not unless that is the look you want.

Brow lamination can be styled softly or more boldly depending on your preference. It does not have to look extreme or overly brushed-up.

The treatment should work with your face, not take over your face.

What is hybrid brow tint?

Hybrid tint colours both the brow hairs and the skin underneath, giving a more defined brow finish.

It can be a really good option if you have gaps, lighter brows, or you want your brows to look more polished.

What is the difference between tint, hybrid tint and henna brows?

Traditional tint mainly colours the brow hairs.

Hybrid tint colours the hairs and can also stain the skin, which gives a more defined look.

Henna can also stain the skin and create a fuller-looking brow, although the result and how long it lasts will depend on your skin type, aftercare and lifestyle.

How long does brow tint last?

Tint on the brow hairs can last a few weeks, but skin staining usually fades sooner.

Do I need a patch test for brow tinting or lamination?

Yes. Patch tests are required for brow tinting, hybrid tinting, henna and brow lamination if you are new to the treatment or have not had it recently.

Even if you have had similar treatments elsewhere, a patch test may still be needed.

Can you fix uneven brows?

Brows are very rarely perfectly symmetrical, because faces are not perfectly symmetrical either.

The aim is to create better balance while still working with your natural features. Sometimes this can be improved in one appointment, and sometimes it is more of a gradual process.

What are ombre brows?

Ombre brows are a semi-permanent brow treatment that creates a soft, shaded brow effect.

They can be tailored to look very soft and natural or more defined, depending on your preference.

Are ombre brows the same as microblading?

No, they are different.

Microblading creates fine hair-like strokes, whereas ombre brows create more of a soft powdered effect.

Ombre brows can be a good option for clients who want a softly filled-in brow look.

Will ombre brows look dark at first?

Yes, they will usually look darker immediately after treatment.

This is completely normal. The colour softens as the brows heal, and the final result develops over time.

Do ombre brows need a top-up?

Yes, a top-up is usually needed after the initial healing period.

This helps perfect the shape, colour and overall finish.

Why do I need a patch test?

Patch tests are important because they help check for possible sensitivity or allergic reactions to products used during your treatment.

This may include tint, lash adhesive, lash lifting solutions or brow lamination products.

Even if you have had the treatment before somewhere else, a patch test may still be needed because products and formulas can vary.

How long before my appointment do I need a patch test?

Patch tests usually need to be done at least 24 to 48 hours before treatment, depending on the product and treatment.

I’ve had the treatment before. Do I still need a patch test?

Possibly, yes.

If you are new to Glamoureyes Pro, if it has been several months since your last treatment, or if anything has changed with your health, medication or sensitivities, a new patch test may be needed.

What happens if I react to a patch test?

If you react to a patch test, the treatment cannot go ahead using that product.

Your safety always comes first.

What should I avoid after my lash or brow appointment?

Aftercare will depend on the treatment you have, but generally you may be advised to avoid excess heat, steam, saunas, heavy sweating, oil-based products, rubbing, picking or sleeping directly on the treated area.

I will always give you aftercare advice that is specific to your treatment.

Can I go swimming after lash or brow treatments?

It is best to avoid swimming immediately after certain treatments, especially lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting.

With lash extensions, swimming is fine once the adhesive has cured, but chlorine, salt water, suncream and heat can all affect retention.

Can I use skincare around my brows or lashes?

Yes, but it is best to avoid heavy oils, rich creams or strong exfoliating products directly over freshly treated brows or close to lash extensions.

Certain skincare products can reduce tint longevity or affect lash retention.

How should I sleep with lash extensions?

Try not to sleep face-down or with your lashes pressed into the pillow.

If you sleep more on one side, you may notice that side sheds a little faster.

A silk or satin pillowcase can help reduce friction.

How long does a lash appointment take?

This depends on the treatment and the style you are having.

A full set of lash extensions will take longer than an infill because I am working through your natural lashes carefully and building the set from scratch.

I never want lash appointments to feel rushed, because good application takes time.

Can I bring someone with me?

The studio is a calm treatment space, so it is usually best to attend alone unless this has been agreed in advance.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes or brows where possible.

For lash appointments, it is best to avoid heavy eye makeup, mascara or oily products around the eye area before your appointment. Clean lashes help with application and retention.

What if I am running late?

Please let me know as soon as possible.

If you are very late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, as I still need enough time to carry out your treatment safely and properly.

I’ve had a bad lash or brow experience before. Can you help?

Yes, and you are definitely not alone.

A lot of clients come to me after having lashes or brows done elsewhere that felt too heavy, too fake, uncomfortable, unflattering, or just not quite right for them.

We can talk through what happened, what you did not like, and what would feel better for you going forward.

I don’t want people to know I’ve had anything done. Is that possible?

Yes.

Treatments can be kept very soft and subtle. Sometimes the goal is simply to look a little fresher, more lifted or more polished without it being obvious.

I don’t know how to explain what I want. Is that okay?

Completely okay.

You do not need to use perfect beauty terminology. You can show photos, explain what you like or dislike, or simply tell me how you want to feel.

I can guide you from there.

Can you make my lashes or brows look fuller without making them dramatic?

Yes.

Fuller does not have to mean dramatic. There are soft and elegant ways to add definition while still keeping the overall result balanced and wearable.

Will you tell me if something is not suitable for me?

Yes, always.

If I do not think a certain length, curl, thickness, brow colour, shape or treatment is suitable, I will explain why and suggest a better option.

A beautiful result should still protect the health of your natural lashes and brows.
